Terms of Service

Service

All Aeriko rentals are skipper-included. There is no bareboat option. Fuel is included in the agreed price.

Bookings

Submitting the request form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when we reply by email accepting the dates, party size, and quoted price.

Pricing

The trip price depends on the hours on the water and the distance covered. The quote sent at the time of booking is the all-in price for that trip; any change in scope on the day may adjust the final amount.

Payment

Payment is arranged directly with the operator at the harbour, or via bank transfer following written confirmation. We do not collect payment online.

Cancellation & weather

If sea conditions or weather make the trip unsafe, the operator may reschedule or refund the booking in full. Cancellations by the customer with sufficient notice are refunded; specific cut-offs will be set per booking.

Safety & liability

Guests agree to follow the skipper's safety briefing and instructions at all times. The operator is not liable for loss or damage caused by failure to follow safety instructions.
