What we collect
When you submit a request through this site we store: your name, email, phone (optional), preferred dates, party size, language, and the message you send. The boat you requested is recorded with the request.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your booking enquiry and confirm or decline the reservation. We do not use this data for marketing without separate, explicit consent.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the booking and meet tax / accounting obligations, then deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we will respond.
